The Executive Assistant 1 is executive clerical and related administrative work reporting to an Entity VP/COO, Corp Functional VP, or Foundation VP. This role involves performing a variety of complex clerical, administrative and special projects to support the assigned entity. Responsibilities
Arrange for and attend conferences and meetings as required. Answer inquiries independently where there is established policy or precedent action. Take and transcribe dictation, compose and type correspondence, and perform research for special reports. Utilize office skills and exercise independent judgment to relieve the supervisor of administrative details. Perform related duties to support executive(s) responsibilities and adherence to entity policies, programs, procedures and regulations. Qualifications
Education High School, GED, Cert, Trn, Exper. (as applicable). Additional Qualifications Associates degree preferred. Clerical/administrative experience. Advanced computer knowledge, including MS Office Tools and Internet. Ability to operate office equipment (e.g., copiers, fax machines, printers). Strong written and verbal communication skills. General knowledge of company policies, practices and operations. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Minimum Experience : 3 Years Salary : Estimated pay range $23.21 - $28.08 per hour, depending on experience.
