RESPONSIBILITIES
A client with Kforce is looking for a strategic Change Management Lead who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and agile delivery teams. This is a remote opportunity, but candidates are preferred to be local to Orlando FL.
SUMMARY This role is pivotal in driving adoption of new products, processes, and technologies across the organization. You will shape product messaging, lead enablement efforts, and ensure that change initiatives are aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Training & Enablement
Design and deliver training programs that support agile delivery and product adoption
Create scalable learning assets: onboarding guides, microlearning modules, and self-serve content
Leverage digital platforms (LMS, intranet, Slack, etc.) to drive engagement and continuous learning
Monitor training effectiveness and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and execute change strategies that align with product roadmaps and business priorities
Partner with product owners, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to assess impact and readiness
Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions, feedback loops, and change governance forums
Translate business objectives into actionable change plans with measurable outcomes
Product Messaging & Communications
Craft clear, business-relevant messaging for new product features, platform changes, and process updates
Develop communication plans that resonate with diverse stakeholder groups—from executives to end users
Own internal go-to-market strategies for product rollouts, including launch comms, FAQs, and demos
Collaborate with marketing, UX, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
REQUIREMENTS
7 years of experience in change management, training, and communications – ideally in a tech or product‑driven environment
Strong understanding of agile delivery models and product lifecycle management
Proven ability to influence and engage business stakeholders across functions
Exceptional writing, facilitation, and storytelling skills
Experience with tools like Confluence, Miro, LMS platforms, and Microsoft 365
Bonus Points
Prosci, CCMP, or other Change Management Certification
Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software transformations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
