The FIU in DC Office is seeking a Temporary Coordinator, Program Management to join their team. Responsibilities
Maintaining systems to manage the calendar of events, coordinating customer visits and booking and managing events and leading the tour program of the facility. Manages FIU in DC programming, signature events and activities. Works closely with the Office of University Ceremonies and Events to ensure event standards are met; collaborate with Washington-based staff for proper execution of events and activities. Works with the FIU in DC team to manage the day-to-day operations of the facility. Coordinates with colleagues for the technical maintenance and upgrades of the facility to keep the experience relevant and up to standards. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; OR four (4) years of office or related experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Positions under National Forensic Science Technology Center will require Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization in related field; OR an equivalent combination of relevant training and/or military experience. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Understanding of and proven experience with Washington, D.C. stakeholders and event logistics. Job Details
