$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Location : Denver Tech Center (considering local candidates only) Schedule : Hybrid - Company's hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Salary : $85k - $100k (depending on experience) Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire Our training content developers are responsible for understanding the Company's No-Code Platform capabilities and creating asynchronous, self-guided training materials. They also identify areas for improvement and work with users to ensure that training is conveyed in a way that supports their success. We build a forward-thinking, no-code, cloud-based development, and runtime platform with robust capabilities for enterprise applications. Training Content Developers are responsible for the analysis, design, and development of training materials including recorded course content, exercises, and data. They create Company product training content that educates Company business partners, customers, and employees about the No-Code Platform and other Company products. Prospective individuals must have functional knowledge about software development. Ideal candidates would have one or more of the following skills: instructional design concepts, adult learning theory, software implementation experience, a good working knowledge of project and training tools, and change management methodologies. This role requires expert communication skills, willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities, and the ability to drive a project holistically. Responsibilities: Master and maintain detailed knowledge of Company software, its configuration options, integration points, and best practices Design and develop comprehensive training materials and supplemental documents, including but not limited to eLearning training courses, overview videos, how-to videos, feature deep dives, quick reference cards, etc. that assures competency in Company software Work with Product Owners and development teams to develop and produce eLearning courses for the Company platform and applications Conduct post-training analysis to determine training effectiveness Upload and organize courses in the LMS, implement learning paths, manage user groups and permissions, and generate training completion reports Understand the objectives of the customer and map their requirements to the capabilities of Company software Provide feedback to Product Owners and application builders regarding application performance, quality assurance, and features Requirements Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience; preferred degree majors include Instructional Technology, Adult Education, or Computer Science Experience creating eLearning courses for adult learners with a focus on how-to video creation Ideal candidate would also have: Experience creating training for an audience of software developers, or hands-on software development experience Experience with Camtasia or comparable advanced video editing software Experience with Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline Experience developing blended training solutions Experience building enterprise software solutions using a No-Code Platform Specific Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good written and oral communication and presentation skills Knowledge of adult learning techniques and training technologies Ability to constantly learn and adapt to new technologies Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with individual deadlines Understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodologies Understanding of SaaS and PaaS technology Prior knowledge of ERP applications Curious, creative, and innovative Travel Requirements: Less than 25 percent About the Team: We have a knack for abstracting complex technical concepts into no-code facilities that are straightforward to use. The Platform allows for the development and execution of involved, integrated business applications - complete with workflow, business logic, external callouts, notifications, various user experiences, artificial intelligence, and more. Examples of applications suites built on the Platform are enterprise financials, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and real estate.
