Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Digital Product (Hybrid)

Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. The Enterprise Digital Product organization drives all digital initiatives at the bank, building omnichannel digital platforms that enable client onboarding and a modern onboarding and account opening experience. The Senior Product Manager leads strategic planning for profitability and growth of business products, coordinates development from conception to implementation, and ensures compliance with best practices. May provide leadership for the work group through specialized knowledge. Responsibilities
Develop and own the product and UX vision and strategy; act as primary liaison for business partners. Collaborate with third-party vendors, UX design, tech development, and data engineers to deliver the necessary infrastructure and data architecture for a client-centric experience. Work with cross-functional global teams; support Lead Product Manager with data analysis, backlog maintenance, user story grooming, and increment planning. Assist in business reviews, user acceptance testing, and certify data completeness and integrity. Perform post-production validation to ensure alignment with business needs. Product management: ensure products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy. Collaborate with internal and external parties to implement enhancements and monitor workflow. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Handle complex and escalated product issues. Possess strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret large data sets to drive critical decisions. Market analysis: maintain knowledge of market changes, analyze trends, regulations, competitors, and evolving customer needs. Implement changes based on analysis to improve profitability and product appeal. May attend industry conferences or participate in sales activities to gauge market trends. Customer engagement: manage internal and external user experience through all stages of a product. Develop and lead strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and acquisition. Provide guidance to junior associates on engagement methods. Serve as primary liaison with business stakeholders on client and business process lifecycle management. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Product Management or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in Product Management. Required Qualifications
Experience working in digital solutions within the financial services industry Deep knowledge of branch and digital deposit and lending solutions in financial services 5+ years direct knowledge and experience with Agile execution Design thinking with digital experience Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams Influencer, creative thinker Benefits
