With a reputation for excellence and a robust pipeline of engagements, they partner with distressed companies, creditors, and stakeholders to deliver strategic, operational, and financial solutions that drive value and recovery. Position Overview Our client seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join its growing Turnaround & Restructuring practice. This individual will play a critical leadership role in managing client engagements, developing strategic solutions, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and brings a proven track record of success in complex restructuring scenarios. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple client engagements across in- and out-of-court restructurings, turnarounds, and special situations. Develop and execute strategic plans including liquidity management, business plan assessments, operational improvements, and stakeholder negotiations. Conduct financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis. Interface directly with C-suite executives, lenders, legal advisors, and other stakeholders. Prepare and present client deliverables including board presentations, restructuring plans, and recovery analyses. Support business development efforts and contribute to firm growth initiatives. Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of total professional experience, with at least 6 years in turnaround and restructuring advisory (consulting, investment banking, or in-house roles). Strong understanding of financial statements, restructuring processes (Chapter 11, Article 9, etc.), and distressed M&A. Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships. Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP preferred. Expected Compensation: Base Salary $180,000 - $200,000 Discretionary Bonus: 25% - 125%
