Overview
The Campaign Enablement and Innovation team seeks a Director, Campaign Operations and Innovation. This role leads the strategy, planning frameworks, and execution of campaign build and activation at scale, modernizing the supply chain — intake, build, localization, QA, and launch — across enterprise marketing platforms. You will lead a high performing team of functional and discipline experts, drive automation and AI adoption, and partner across frontier marketing initiatives to deliver operational excellence. Success includes accelerating time to market, improving quality and compliance, and enabling scalable, data driven marketing for global campaigns. Responsibilities
AI & Technology Leadership: Champion AI powered solutions for campaign build, QA, and optimization to reduce cycle times and improve quality. Drive continuous improvement in campaign operations through research and development of new tools, technologies, and processes. Implement automation and standardization to scale operations and reduce manual effort. Strategic Planning & Campaign Vision: Establish frameworks for campaign planning and execution; set long range vision for AI enabled campaign build and activation. Lead prioritization of campaign operations initiatives; estimate and articulate business impacts tied to outcomes. Oversee large, complex budgets and forecasting, including accruals and cross charges; ensure reporting to senior stakeholders and finance teams; resolve complex scenarios with stakeholders. Manage contracts and procurement processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Program & Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate campaign deliverables and requirements across senior/executive stakeholders; manage expectations and drive alignment across multiple teams. Lead reporting of operational metrics to inform business performance, capacity, and priorities; communicate insights to senior leadership. Ensure processes are in place for tracking, quality assurance, and governance; proactively identify and resolve risks and blockers. Operational Excellence & Innovation: Own the campaign operating model (intake → build → localization → QA → launch), setting SLAs and governance for predictable, compliant, and scalable launches. Scale localization and contactability programs to improve coverage and precision targeting across markets. Partner with frontier marketing teams to pilot and operationalize emerging capabilities. People Leadership: Lead and develop a diverse, high performing team of functional and discipline experts; model, coach, and care to attract and retain talent; manage budgets, capacity, and vendor relationships. Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of people management experience. 5+ years of experience designing and governing end to end campaign workflows with measurable gains in time to market, quality, and throughput. 3+ years of experience managing large, complex budgets and financial compliance processes. Additional or Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 3+ years people management experience. 6+ years technology/process improvement experience. Marketing Technology M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
