Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Director, Marketing who will handle product and marketing campaign strategy for multiple artists and projects across the roster. This person should have a strong understanding of artist development; streaming, digital and traditional retail/revenue business; live touring, events and festivals; creative and content strategy; long-term budget and P+L management; artist relations and the ability to collaborate with artists and music executives daily in and out of the office. Responsibilities
Develop and manage product and marketing campaign strategy for multiple artists and projects across the roster. Lead creative and content strategy, with a focus on long-term brand development and campaign execution. Manage budgeting, P&L, and financial planning for marketing initiatives. Collaborate with artists, management, and music executives to align marketing plans with artistic goals. Monitor DSP trends and emerging streaming business to inform strategy (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud). Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Marketing Director or Product Manager. Experience working with record companies, artist management, and talent agencies. Strong understanding of DSP trends and the streaming landscape. Ability to work daily with artists and music executives in and out of the office. Details
