The Role:

As Vixio launches its Regulatory Change Management platform in 2025, we seek an exceptional Senior Sales Leader to spearhead our expansion into the financial services sector. This role involves architecting and executing market entry strategies and pioneering solutions for Tier 2 and Tier 3 banking institutions. You will drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development, leveraging your network to accelerate market penetration. You will work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape product evolution based on market feedback and competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineer comprehensive sales strategies targeting financial services institutions, with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 banking segments

Execute sophisticated prospecting methodologies to identify and qualify high-value opportunities

Conduct strategic needs assessments to uncover critical business challenges and regulatory/operational pain points

Design and deliver executive-level presentations articulating clear business value propositions

Orchestrate compelling product demonstrations tailored to institutional requirements

Navigate complex negotiation processes to secure favourable contract terms and accelerate deal closure

Synthesize customer insights and market dynamics to inform product roadmap development

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine positioning, pricing, and feature prioritisation

Provide competitive analysis and market feedback to drive continuous innovation

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with clear progression metrics

Implement rigorous forecasting methodologies to ensure accurate revenue predictions

Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets

Represent Vixio at industry conferences and networking events to build market presence

Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances within the financial services ecosystem

Drive brand awareness through consultative selling and advisory relationships

Skills & Experience:

7+ years of progressive sales leadership in SaaS solutions for financial institutions

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth or scale-up environments

Deep expertise in Tier 2/3 banking ecosystems, including regulatory frameworks and decision-making processes

Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical concepts into compelling business value

Strong communication and presentation skills with C-suite and senior stakeholders

Advanced negotiation capabilities with experience managing enterprise-level contracts

Comprehensive understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements

Familiarity with data privacy frameworks and RegTech solutions

Proficiency in modern sales technologies (CRM, sales enablement, AI tools and social selling platforms)

Experience building and scaling sales functions from inception (desirable)

Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and customer success teams

Ability to influence product strategy through market insights and customer feedback

Preferred Qualifications

Background in fintech, RegTech, or financial technology scale-ups

Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, or regulatory compliance solutions

Understanding of API-based software integration and implementation processes

Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagement and industry events
