The CRM & Marketing Coordinator will manage Semper’s marketing initiatives and CRM systems to drive customer engagement, lead nurturing, and campaign effectiveness. This role bridges marketing strategy, data analytics, and customer communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company’s CRM platform to support lead tracking, segmentation, and automation. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, etc.) aligned with company goals. Analyze marketing and customer data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with sales and operations to align CRM workflows with business processes. Manage marketing collateral, brand assets, and digital content to ensure consistency across channels. Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives through data-driven strategies. Track and report on campaign KPIs, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics. Stay current with marketing technologies and best practices in CRM management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital campaign management. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel or data tools. Familiarity with email marketing, social media, and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Marketing certifications (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce) are a plus. Compensation & Benefits
