Position Overview We’re looking for a data-driven, creative marketer to own our digital presence, lead generation, and performance reporting. You’ll oversee campaigns from concept to conversion by optimizing every step of the customer journey to deliver high-quality leads and clear ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Develop and manage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, email, and other lead-gen channels.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Track, test, and optimize campaigns to reduce cost-per-lead and boost conversion rates.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and accurate attribution in the CRM.

Social Media & Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for social media, email, and web—highlighting our products, services, and customer success stories.

Social Media & Content Creation: Build a consistent brand voice and posting cadence across platforms.

Social Media & Content Creation: Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams for high-quality creative assets.

Reporting & Analytics: Own marketing analytics and KPI dashboards; report weekly and monthly performance metrics to leadership.

Reporting & Analytics: Measure ROI across campaigns, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

Reporting & Analytics: Manage tracking tools (CRM, Google Analytics, spreadsheets, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and visibility.

Marketing Operations: Maintain and optimize the marketing calendar for all campaigns, events, and content launches.

Marketing Operations: Audit and improve lead tracking and data integrity across systems.

Marketing Operations: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align strategy and performance goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations.

Strong grasp of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and email automation tools.

Skilled in CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Nutshell, Salesforce, or similar).

Excellent written and visual communication skills for content creation.

Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven.
