Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Producer (Experiential) located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Associate Producer will be responsible for coordinating and executing various stages of experiential production projects. This includes collaborating with design and fabrication teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality control. The role also involves project documentation, client communication, and logistical planning to ensure smooth execution of events and installations. Qualifications
Experience in project management, including timeline and budget management Familiarity with experiential marketing and live events production Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to work collaboratively with design and fabrication teams Proficiency in technology and software used in design and production Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience in the creative or production industry is a plus Requirements
3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience. Previous agency experience. Excellent written, presentation and communication skills. Experience working as a part of a client/project team in experiential marketing. Proficiency in Google Suite, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc. In-office and onsite event management experience. Previous experience working in design, fabrication and signage. Seniority level
