Child/Adolescent Mental Health Licensed Clinician (LICSW or LMHC)
Our client, an outpatient private practice specializing in child development, is looking to hire a per diem Licensed Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or PsyD) to provide individual and family therapy. The schedule is flexible but will likely be 2-3 days in the office (Canton or Newton, MA) after school hours (1pm-7pm). The clinician will provide direct individual and family therapy, as well as family and parent consultation services. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic therapy intakes, conceptualization of treatment plans, maintaining an appropriate caseload, and timely documentation of services provided. He/she will have a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary collaboration, working with professionals across disciplines to ensure continuity of care and to truly make a difference for clients. Provide direct individual and family therapy. Conduct diagnostic therapy intakes and develop treatment plans. Maintain an appropriate caseload and timely documentation of services provided. Engage in family and parent consultation services and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications
Licensure: LICSW, LMHC, or PsyD required. 2-3 years of experience working with children in an outpatient setting preferred. Excellent communication, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
