in Indianapolis is hiring an
Assistant RN Clinical Manager
to support its growing patient base. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for a
licensed Registered Nurse
who thrives on
clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care . Reporting to the Clinical Director, you’ll help ensure high-quality nursing operations and interdisciplinary coordination for patients enrolled in
Medicaid-governed programs . Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee nursing care delivery in accordance with
CMS and Medicaid guidelines . Conduct
in-home assessments , perform
chart audits
using OASIS, and ensure documentation accuracy for
timely billing . Supervise and support
LPNs, CNAs, and Home Health Aides
(managing ~20–30 active cases). Monitor
clinical quality indicators
and participate in monthly performance reviews. Provide
training, real-time feedback, and documentation corrections . Serve as
Alternate Clinical Supervisor
with the State of Indiana. Collaborate with the Clinical Director on
staffing, KPIs, and care strategy . Maintain
HIPAA compliance
and uphold the agency’s standards of ethics and professionalism. Hours, Setting & Perks
Hours:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekly Hours:
40+ hours/week (eligible for paid overtime) Work Setting:
Hybrid – office, field, and patient homes Company vehicle:

Active
Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the State of Indiana Minimum
2+ years
of clinical nursing experience Knowledge of
CMS / Medicaid
regulations and
home health policies Strong clinical judgment, time management, and interpersonal skills Experience
supervising LPNs, CNAs, or HHAs Preferred Qualifications
BSN
(Bachelor’s in Nursing) 1+ year of
supervisory or case-management
experience Background in
Skilled Home Health
or
Long-Term Care Proficiency with
OASIS documentation CPR / BLS
certifications Familiarity with
CHAP, ACHC, or Joint Commission
