Overview The Director of Human Resources is a high-impact, enterprise-level leader responsible for architecting and executing transformative human capital strategies across manufacturing and corporate divisions. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this role will collaborate with senior leaders across assigned functions and corporate divisions to drive HR excellence and strategy. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in managing complex HR functions and a profound understanding of the manufacturing and corporate landscape, as well as, compensation, data analytics and Talent Acquisition.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership, with significant exposure to manufacturing and corporate environments. Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide HR strategies.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% to various locations within the region.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required; advanced degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
