We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees across multiple functions. Reporting to the Director of HR Partner Group, this role will support both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day people matters—helping leaders build strong teams, navigate change, and drive engagement in alignment with company values and business priorities.
The role requires a proactive relationship‑oriented HR professional with strong business acumen and the ability to coach leaders, manage complex employee matters, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to functional and departmental leaders by understanding their goals and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
Partner with the HR Director to support the implementation of enterprise‑wide initiatives, including organizational design, succession planning and engagement strategies.
Provide day‑to‑day guidance on employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and team effectiveness.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated talent solutions in areas such as learning & development, total reward, and recruitment.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend and implement data‑driven solutions.
Support change management efforts, including communication plans, org design, and restructuring initiatives.
Foster a culture of feedback, accountability and inclusion by modeling best practices and coaching leaders through challenges.
Serve as a resource for interpreting policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring consistent and equitable application.
Participate in investigations and recommend appropriate resolution paths in partnership with the HR director.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity.
Proven ability to build trust and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
