As the Director of Sales Enablement at INNERGY, you will develop and execute a global enablement strategy that empowers sales and revenue teams across regions to perform at their best. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure teams have the knowledge, tools, content, and processes to drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term growth. This is a newly created, high-impact role reporting to the Chief Sales Officer to scale INNERGY’s go-to-market engine globally. You will build systems, playbooks, and learning infrastructure to turn top-performing sales motions into repeatable, scalable practices across markets. Responsibilities

Design and execute a global sales enablement strategy aligned with revenue goals, covering onboarding, continuous learning, and performance optimization. Develop and deliver training programs, playbooks, and certification paths across AE, SDR, Sales Engineering, and AM functions tailored to regional markets. Partner with Sales Leadership to define competency frameworks, identify gaps, and create targeted development plans. Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to enhance enablement efficiency, content personalization, and insight delivery. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to train teams on product updates, market positioning, and competitive intelligence. Build and maintain a central enablement content hub with globally consistent, locally adaptable resources. Implement enablement systems, tools, and analytics to measure impact on ramp time, win rate, conversion, and quota attainment. Partner with Revenue Operations to align sales processes, pipeline stages, and forecasting standards across regions. Deliver data-backed insights to Sales and Executive Leadership to guide resource allocation and enablement investments. Oversee onboarding and development of new sales hires globally to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation across global GTM teams. Knowledge And Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue leadership within a B2B SaaS or technology company, ideally with global scope. Proven success in building or scaling enablement functions with measurable improvements across regions. Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.) and pipeline management. Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive audiences and large global teams. Proficiency in enablement and sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Gong, Asana, LMS like Docebo). Ability to adapt enablement programs across time zones, cultures, and regional nuances. Strong project management and analytical mindset for data-driven strategies and ROI. Passion for coaching and developing global talent through scalable systems. Location and Legal
