Job Summary Supports financial decision making by monitoring deadlines; collecting, summarizing, and consolidating data; allocating variances; analyzing and interpreting data; making comparative analyses; explaining data and assumptions; researching and correcting variance problems; assembling and analyzing historical financial data; explaining data and assumptions.

Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management

Support the onboarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them

Track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports and sometimes present them

Create ad-hoc reports and perform financial analysis

Assist project teams with financial guidance

Review financial reporting and ensure data integrity to enable management decisions

Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and regulations

Qualifications Education

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance required

At least 3-5 years of experience in a role within a large healthcare organization preferred

Skills, and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Superior Excel Skills is required.

Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.
