We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Mechanical Project Engineer
with a
Professional Engineer (PE) license
to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and is passionate about designing innovative, sustainable, and code-compliant mechanical systems—particularly for healthcare facilities. You will lead mechanical design efforts from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve lives and communities. Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical design for
HVAC ,
plumbing , and
medical gas systems
across healthcare, commercial, and educational buildings. Develop and manage
construction documents
and specifications using
AutoCAD
and
Revit . Ensure compliance with key codes and standards: NFPA 170, NFPA 99, NFPA 101 International Energy Conservation Code International Building Code Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated MEP solutions. Conduct site visits during design and construction phases to review installations and resolve field issues. Support sustainable design initiatives, including
LEED
documentation and energy-efficient strategies. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and technical leadership. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) Licensed PE
or plans to obtain PE within 1–2 years 9–15 years
of mechanical engineering experience, ideally in building systems design Proven experience in
healthcare facility design , including
medical gas systems Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
Revit Strong understanding of applicable building and energy codes Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills Preferred Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in MEP consulting or design-build environments Experience with
LEED
or other sustainable design certifications Familiarity with construction administration and field coordination About Us
