This opportunity is designed for an experienced preconstruction leader who wants to make a lasting impact on a growing team. The role goes beyond estimating — it’s about shaping projects from the ground up, guiding strategy, and mentoring future talent. About this Role
Set the Course:
Take ownership of preconstruction efforts from early concept through delivery, building budgets that position projects for success. Foster Collaboration:
Work with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to clarify scope, resolve challenges, and align expectations. Develop Talent:
Coach and support junior estimators, transferring knowledge and building a pipeline of future leaders. Evaluate and Optimize:
Identify potential risks and craft innovative, cost-effective solutions that strengthen project outcomes. Manage Scope & Bids:
Interpret evolving design documents, make strategic assumptions during early phases, and curate qualified bidder lists. Deliver Results:
Oversee multiple preconstruction efforts simultaneously, ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive proposals. Seniority level
