The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, focused on driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales targets. What You’ll Do
Open and Closing Routines Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sale use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule Requirements Schedule details are subject to variation. Typical requirements include at least 12-16 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak business periods. Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience required Customer Focus Communication Interpersonal Interaction Fashion Trend Knowledge Outgoing Assertiveness Adaptability/Flexibility & Stress Tolerance Poise & Ambition Multi-Tasking Applied Learning Work Ethic Omni Channel Services What You’ll Get
