Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities Leads cross-functional process management activities Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in leading or managing cross-functional projects 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment 3+ years of experience with data analysis 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Processes Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management Analysis or Materials Management Analysis 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, and vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information
