Senior Finance Associate Attorney - Asset Based-Finance / Structured Finance Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 firm , is seeking a highly qualified Senior Associate with 6+ years of experience representing lenders in structured finance transactions and securitizations to join its growing Finance Group in New York . The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Big Law experience in asset-based finance, specifically representing private credit funds and direct lenders in secured finance transactions. Experience with cross-border deals, restructurings / workouts, and intercreditor arrangements is highly valued. Our client is seeking someone who can manage key aspects of transactions independently, demonstrates strong interpersonal and client relationship skills, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Strong academic credentials and significant Big Law experience are musts. New York Bar membership is required.
