Chicago, Illinois
that is actively seeking a
Junior Commercial Real Estate Associate . This opportunity is open to 2024 JDs or earlier with strong academic and professional credentials. Responsibilities
Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for a diverse and high-profile client base. Collaborate directly with partners and clients on deal structuring, due diligence, and documentation. Participate in client development activities such as pitch preparation and article writing. Engage in pro bono work and contribute to firm initiatives. Benefit from hands-on mentorship and a collaborative team environment. Qualifications and Requirements
JD from a Top 25 law school and a minimum 3.2 GPA, preferred. 1+ year(s) of AmLaw firm experience in commercial real estate or a related practice, preferred. Licensed in Illinois or eligible to waive in. Strong interpersonal skills and a collegial, team-oriented mindset. Open to relocation candidates. The Firm is Offering
Competitive base salary of $205K to $225K plus a discretionary year-end bonus based on hours and performance. Target bonus eligibility after 3 years, starting at $10K and increasing to $40K by year 8. Benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, disability, life and AD&D insurance, 401(k), health savings account, transportation and commuter benefits, EAP, and more.
