In this role, you’ll apply your expertise in precision detailing, complex coordination, and high-quality documentation for large-scale commercial, retail distribution facilities, and industrial warehouse projects. This role is ideal for an architect who thrives on technical project work.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior staff to develop detailed construction documents for commercial, industrial, and supply chain projects.
Research and apply zoning, site planning, and building code requirements to ensure design compliance.
Integrate architectural design and documentation with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Produce advanced architectural detailing and specifications for steel-framed, tilt-wall, and masonry structures.
Communicate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges.
Conduct on-site construction observations, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Occasional travel
Qualifications
Master\'s or Bachelor\'s of Architecture
Registered Architect; LEED AP and/or NCARB certification preferred.
7+ years of professional experience in architecture
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong construction detailing, specifications, and building code knowledge.
Solid understanding of construction methods and materials.
Project experience with industrial warehouses and distribution facilities is preferred.
