Senior DevOps Engineer
in
EMEA . In this role, you'll be part of a world-class engineering team that designs, builds, and maintains high-scale cloud infrastructure to support innovative DevOps solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping and optimizing a robust SaaS platform that empowers development teams across the globe. Working in a highly collaborative, transparent, and growth-oriented environment, you'll drive automation, performance, and scalability initiatives while mentoring peers and contributing to strategic technical decisions. Build, manage, and scale cloud-based infrastructure using Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices Collaborate closely with R&D, product, and engineering teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and enhance developer productivity Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or similar frameworks Optimize system reliability, observability, and performance through monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry Automate operational processes using scripting languages such as Bash or Python Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared ownership Contribute to the development of internal tools, deployment strategies, and process improvements to ensure efficient software delivery Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration best practices Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure); multi-cloud experience is a plus Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation frameworks Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or OpenTelemetry Advanced scripting and automation abilities using Bash or Python Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in distributed, cross-functional teams Bonus: experience with Crossplane, Argo CD/Workflows, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Go, or Node.js Benefits
