Collaborate and communicate effectively with business and technology teams Create practical, robust, and scalable architectures and solutions Lead and mentor motivated junior Java Developers Review code of other developers and identify issues Assign and monitor tasks of the development team Work closely with Scrum Master/Project Manager to prioritize tasks Support testing activities Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of technical experience in architecture, design and development of applications Experience in J2EE technologies, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and REST API Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, PowerShell, and scripting knowledge Understanding of JSON, SOAP, REST, RAML, SAML, OAuth and OIDC – application, message, communication protocols and authentication mechanisms Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot/Hibernate Experience with Web Services, REST APIs, etc. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle/SQL Experience working with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes Experience with version control using GIT, Jira and other Dev Tools Experience in Linux and Windows operating systems Strong understanding of development, secure coding, SDLC methodologies Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business and technology teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Experience in leading and mentoring team members Experience in reviewing codes of other Developers and identifying issues Working closely with Scrum Master/Project Manager to prioritize tasks Preferred: experience in the Financial Services domain About Us
