Lead and deliver loyalty consulting, strategy, and program design to maximize consumer emotional connection throughout the customer lifecycle and deliver enterprise value for clients. Collaborate with Kobie’s client services, business development, analytics, marketing services, technology, and operations teams to execute programs. Design, evolve, and optimize loyalty, retention, or engagement programs (B2C or B2B) aligned with business goals. Provide actionable recommendations and loyalty strategies that meet clients’ objectives and customer needs. Synthesize research and data into insights; create briefs and playbooks to guide CX, marketing, technology, and data delivery; develop learning agendas for tests. Communicate data-driven viewpoints effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor market trends and best practices; publish POVs, case studies, and frameworks. Oversee scope and deliverables across multiple projects or clients to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. What you need to be successful
Loyalty program design and implementation experience (B2C or B2B). Experience across at least two verticals (e.g., financial services, travel, entertainment, telecom, B2B services). Strong understanding of loyalty marketing, CRM, digital marketing, personalization, omnichannel planning, and lifecycle campaigns. Strategic consulting skills with ability to build trusted advisor relationships and deliver value. Results-oriented with strong planning and communication. Grit; ability to work independently and recalibrate after challenges. Influence and data-driven storytelling; team-first mindset. Curiosity, active listening, and ability to give/receive feedback. Savvy; comfort with ambiguity and simplifying complexity. Inclusion; ability to work with diverse perspectives and break down silos. Bachelor’s degree and prior loyalty marketing experience required. 10+ years in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting. Demonstrated experience in loyalty/engagement or CRM consulting (B2C and/or B2B). Category knowledge in Retail with experience in one or more verticals: retail, consumer products, financial services, or travel and hospitality. Experience with global loyalty programs and Cobrand/Multi-brand/paid program experience preferred. Who we are
