The fulfillment team picks, preps, packs, sorts, and ships products safely, efficiently and effectively to deliver convenience and quality for our guests. Role Overview
The Role Of a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader can provide you with the skills and experience of: Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture on your team Retail business fundamentals including sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies Planning department daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals Process improvements and workload efficiency Leading a team of hourly team members; including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent Responsibilities
Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model, train and coach expectations to deliver the service standard. Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals, support sales growth and store profitability, with guidance from your leader. Utilize workload planning tools to ensure tasks are completed and orders are fulfilled to meet delivery and service standards. Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve. Create daily plans for your team with direction from your leader. Be an expert of operations, accuracy, process and efficiency. Enable efficient delivery to guests by leading pickup and ship-from-store workload. Evaluate and recruit for open positions and develop a guest-centric team; support onboarding. Establish clear goals around quality, accuracy, and timeliness; coach to close training gaps. Work a flexible schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (including early morning, evening, weekends and holidays). Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked; partner with your leader for ordering. Follow all safety and security training and processes, if applicable. Demonstrate inclusivity and ethical conduct; value diverse voices and create equitable experiences. Lead a safety culture; model safe behaviors, identify hazards, and respond to incidents quickly and accurately. Model security processes to enhance in-store security culture. Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store; including ordering, storage and application as directed by best practices. Lead onboarding and learning; close skill gaps through development and coaching. Address all store emergency and compliance needs. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up; ensure compliance with laws where applicable. Model creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs. Lead by thanking guests and showing appreciation for their shopping choice. All other duties based on business needs. What we are looking for

High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Retail experience is helpful but not required Ability to lead and hold others accountable Learn and adapt to technology needs Work independently and as part of a team Manage workload and prioritize tasks Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members Effective communication skills Basic requirements
Access to all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues Interpret instructions and information Accurate cash handling as needed Ability to climb ladders Safely scan, handle and move merchandise, including lifting up to 44 pounds and team lifting 45-100 pounds Ability to operate handheld scanners and related devices Benefits eligibility
