Overview
Adams & Reese seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join their Global Trade & Transportation Team in the New Orleans office. The candidate should have personal injury, insurance defense and/or commercial litigation experience; experience with motor carrier, rail, or maritime litigation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including conducting and defending depositions and regular court appearances. First-chair trial experience is preferred. Louisiana law license or ability to waive-in is required. This is a full-time position in the New Orleans office. Responsibilities
Conduct and defend depositions and regular court appearances. Represent clients in litigation as part of the Global Trade & Transportation Team. Qualifications
Experience in personal injury, insurance defense and/or commercial litigation; motor carrier, rail, or maritime litigation experience preferred. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Louisiana law license or ability to waive-in required. Full-time in New Orleans office.
