The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes and BHSF policy. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe, quality, patient-centered care. Examples of nursing activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include: assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on the patient. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.28 - $21.16 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities

Perform basic technical nursing tasks as deemed competent and delegated by the RN. Support patient-centered care in collaboration with the nursing team. Assist with tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter under supervision. Document and communicate patient status and any changes to the RN. Qualifications

Degrees

High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience. Licenses & Certifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as applicable. Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional Qualifications

CNA or LPN required. 1 year experience preferred. Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida preferred. EOE, including disability/veterans.
