Credit and Collections Analyst
to oversee credit and collection activities for an assigned accounts receivable portfolio. This role partners with internal and external customers to improve cash flow, minimize bad debt, and support overall sales operations. This range is provided by Talent Groups. $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of assigned accounts receivable portfolios from setup to payment collection. Conduct proactive outreach to customers via calls, emails, and statements to ensure timely payments. Process and review credit applications; recommend or approve credit limits. Approve and release sales orders on credit hold. Reconcile accounts and resolve billing disputes promptly. Process credit card payments and monitor auto-pay activity. Record all customer communications and collection activities accurately. Recommend monthly adjustments to bad debt reserves. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process. Manage risk by finding balanced solutions for both the company and the customer. Handle third-party collections and bankruptcy documentation. Generate collection reports for leadership and stakeholders. Support acquisition and integration activities. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in credit and collections, accounts receivable, or customer service. Experience in a publicly traded or large enterprise environment preferred. Strong analytical, math, and reconciliation skills. Proficiency with Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, and GetPaid preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Note:
