What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive clinical and procedural excellence to achieve above-market growth in the assigned territory
Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on GYN disease states
Establish and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders and engage customers on GYN disease management
Utilize advanced selling tools and education to drive new business and procedural adoption
Achieve and exceed sales quotas for disposable and capital products
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Ability to travel 50% within the territory
Strong understanding of clinical environments and effective communication of complex product information
Proven ability to build and manage key customer relationships with decision-makers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2 years of proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry
Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth
Proficiency with CRM tools, forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
