About the Role An exciting opportunity to expand our growing business as a Territory Manager at 180 Medical. You will build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers in your territory, primarily selling our range of catheters. Duties include visiting clinics, offices, rehab centers, and children’s hospitals to educate professionals and ensure excellent service. You must meet or exceed sales targets and manage patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.

Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to acquire potential customers.

Provide comprehensive product knowledge and hands‑on demonstrations of catheter products.

Offer technical assistance and address clinical questions about product use.

Consistently meet or surpass sales quotas for your territory.

Plan and execute a strategic approach to manage your sales territory and optimize coverage.

Oversee customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving regulations.

About You We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills who thrives in a highly competitive, aggressive, growth sales environment with a history of success handling a complex sales cycle and multiple call points. You have a proven ability to build positive customer relationships quickly, network effectively at all levels, and navigate committees and teams with a compelling economic and clinical benefit story. Your excellent communication skills, energetic sales personality, and positive attitude will be the key to your success.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, sales, or related field.

Proven experience in medical sales, ideally within the urology or incontinence care market.

In‑depth understanding of the healthcare landscape, including reimbursement processes and patient care needs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage healthcare professionals.

Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage customer accounts.

Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills for efficient territory management.

Will travel extensively within the designated geographic area.

Qualifications / Education

Bachelor’s Degree or 3‑5 years Sales experience in a highly competitive market.

A consultative approach to selling is required.

Demonstrated success with a complex sales cycle and multiple call points.

Work with and mine data from CRM daily.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.

Must reside in South Los Angeles area.
