We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales for CADDY Commercial Electrical (CCI) and Gardner Bender in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. This role involves leading sales efforts, developing territory strategy, and building relationships with end-user customers and distributor partners. Remote work is required with travel 50-60% within the region; a valid driver’s license is required. Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals for CADDY Commercial Electrical (CCI) and Gardner Bender in FL, GA, and AL by converting new business, primarily from projects and new product sales Actively lead sales agents, setting goals and territory strategy Form relationships across all levels of key end-user customers and distributor partners Provide product expertise and coordinate training of key contractors Deliver and refine presentations and lead discussions highlighting benefits and value propositions Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve regional sales targets Communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to refine the solution set and messaging Use Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; outside sales experience preferred Ideally 5+ years of outside sales and/or territory management in the commercial electrical space Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office in FL or GA and travel 50-60% within the region; valid driver’s license required Experience working with end-user customers on projects Ability to lead direct reports and/or sales agents/manufacturing sales partners Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably Salesforce.com Organizational and time management skills with a collaborative approach Strong preference for technical sales and value-based selling Ability to walk/navigate a construction project We Have
