Senior Geotechnical Engineer
to join its growing
Renewable Energy & Infrastructure team .
This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on
transmission and power infrastructure projects
that are critical to expanding access to sustainable energy across the U.S. You’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that blends technical excellence with environmental stewardship, offering
flexible work arrangements , a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to lead transformative projects.
Base pay range : $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead proposal development and scope definition for geotechnical projects in the transmission and power sectors.
Manage project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and safety compliance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Conduct engineering analyses and prepare detailed reports with practical recommendations.
Collaborate with regional operations to allocate resources and manage workloads effectively.
Build and maintain client relationships through strategic engagement and business development.
Support the growth of the transmission and power infrastructure practice through market insights and client outreach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas, with willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering for transmission/power infrastructure.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience with large-scale construction projects and consulting environments preferred.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Compensation Up to
$160,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
