Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: Base salary $85,000 - $95,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually). Generous Time Off: PTO, and paid holidays. Professional Development & Mentorship
Local Leadership support: Each market has locally or regionally based clinical directors available to provide guidance and collaboration. Research & Innovation: Collaborate on ABA research projects and present at national conferences; team has contributed to 15+ publications in journals like Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Clinical Advisory Access: Insights from renowned experts through internal committees and care teams. Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects
Lead the charge in delivering family-centered therapy for children with autism as part of an interdisciplinary ABA team. Managing & Supervising Staff: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery. Assessments & Planning: Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans. Family & Caregiver Training: Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success. Team Coordination: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.
This BCBA position is ideal for those passionate about autism therapy, behavior analysis, and making a difference—and without the constraints of non-compete clauses.
Qualifications for BCBA Candidates
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field. Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
