We are seeking a
hands-on, street savvy, Senior EHS Leader
to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety programs for multiple manufacturing facilities (2) in Tampa, FL. This is a plant based role with an additional office building. Join a growing team on a mission to standardize company wide Safety, Health and Environmental programs. You’ll partner with plant leadership and corporate EHS teams to drive compliance, improve safety culture, and lead impactful training initiatives. What You’ll Do
Lead EHS programs across multiple facilities (safety, health, compliance). Monitor regulatory compliance (EPA, OSHA, DOT) and maintain required records. Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA/JHA) and facility inspections. Develop, roll out, and track EHS policies, procedures, and training programs. Manage OSHA logs, incident reporting, KPIs, and compliance documentation. Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and hazards with root cause analysis. Serve as primary contact for regulatory inspections and compliance reporting. Champion continuous improvement in hazard recognition, risk reduction, and 5S/housekeeping. Skills & Qualifications
B.S. in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field 3–5 years of EHS experience (chemical, manufacturing, or consulting) Strong written/verbal communication and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (EHS dashboard experience a plus) Calm, decisive leadership during emergencies or high-pressure situations Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to influence teams Experience supporting multiple facilities/buildings preferred Instructions
