Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing Minimum 6 years in a supervisory or leadership role In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and EHS best practices Strong communicator with experience influencing across teams and levels Skilled in hazard identification, incident investigation, and training development Requirements
Proven ability to manage compliance programs and site certifications Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook) Experience with contractor safety and environmental permitting Preferred
Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) Six Sigma or formal root cause analysis training Seniority level
