Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (55814) at First State Community Bank. Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Prepare and present monthly performance dashboards and variance reports. Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Partner with IT and data governance teams to streamline data flows and automate manual processes. Champion the use of business intelligence platforms (e.g., DOMO, IBM Cognos) for real-time analytics. Determine ways to align financial goals of other departments with operational strategies. Support M&A analysis, capital planning, and scenario modeling. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in banking or financial services Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives Strong communication and presentation skills Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations (e.g., 6-8 hours with breaks) Manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and telephone system Visual acuity to read computer screens and written documents Occasional lifting of office supplies, files, and small packages (up to 10-25 lbs) Additional Information
