The Work Audit (per ISO 9001:2008/AS 9100:2009 standard) the performance of manufacturing and organizational level maintenance, repairs, or modifications IAW applicable procedures, blue prints, government directives, Technical Manuals (TM's), Aircraft Operation Sheets (AOS's), service manuals, and authorized depot level directives on systems. Evaluate servicing, pre and post flight inspections, launch and recovery activities. Manage Impoundment, Functional Check Flight and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) Control programs. Generate and sustain project quality plan, aviation procedures, site reports, trend analysis, and metrics. Investigate customer complaints; generate/approve Corrective Action Plan (CAP) requests and follow-up audits. Review aircraft discrepancies daily for applicable root cause and corrective action opportunities (DRT).
