Kforce's client, a well-established real estate firm located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a key role in managing and coordinating tenant buildouts, special construction projects, and capital improvements across our supermarket-anchored portfolio and office assets. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, tenants, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing tenant buildouts and capital improvement projects from inception to completion Budget & Cost Control: Prepare project estimates, monitor project budgets, track expenses, and process invoices to ensure financial compliance Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants; Review bids and proposals; assist in contract administration Construction Oversight: Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between tenants, internal departments, and external partners to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, prepare status reports, and support the transition from construction to property operations Physical Requirements
Work in an office setting as well as drive to properties on a frequent basis Sit and stand for extended periods When on sites, navigate flat as well as uneven terrain Occasional roof inspections may be required Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or related field 1-3 years of experience in construction project management, tenant coordination, or related real estate development role Strong organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability and ability to quickly prioritize needs to solve problems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with project management software a plus Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
