— Regional Technical Sales Engineer for the Nuclear Market in North America. This remote-based role focuses on advancing nuclear infrastructure projects by delivering mechanical splicing solutions that meet nuclear-grade quality standards. You will engage with industry stakeholders, influence technical specifications, and drive strategic growth. Key Responsibilities

Drive the adoption of advanced mechanical splicing systems across critical nuclear infrastructure projects throughout North America. Map upcoming nuclear projects and identify owners, EPCs, designers, fabricators, and constructors to ensure comprehensive market coverage. Build and manage strategic accounts by developing relationships with stakeholders and representing the organization at industry events and trade shows. Track evolving standards including ACI 349, ACI 318 Type 2 splice performance, ASTM methods, and CSA frameworks to maintain compliance and best practices. Advocate for mechanical splicing best practices within nuclear design codes and project specifications. Shape RFx opportunities by leading proposal development processes and pursuing high-value, high-margin projects. Own forecasting for the nuclear segment by modeling pipelines and developing multi-year growth plans. Collaborate with internal teams to align technical sales strategies with business goals and client requirements. Provide technical presales support by addressing complex queries and tailoring solutions to project needs. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform proactive business development. Deliver presentations and technical demonstrations that communicate the value proposition of engineered construction products. Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline. At least five years' experience in structural engineering, preferably in nuclear or heavy industrial projects. Familiarity with North American nuclear codes and quality frameworks such as ISO 19443 or ASME nuclear QA requirements. Experience in business development or technical sales involving engineered construction products or systems. Excellent communication skills for working with owners, EPCs, designers, fabricators, and constructors. Proficiency with CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales activities. Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America. Ability to influence senior stakeholders through advocating best practices within design codes and project specifications.
