Supply Chain Management
and
Customer Account Leadership , overseeing all aspects of planning, logistics, and customer relations to ensure efficient, on‑time delivery of products. What we offer you:

As the Supply Chain Manager: Direct end-to-end supply chain planning and execution, including purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution Monitor production plans based on forecasted requirements, balancing material availability, labor, and capacity Oversee inbound logistics, such as railcar unloading, material handling and outbound distribution including carrier scheduling, freight costing, on‑time delivery Work together with corporate purchasing to negotiate vendor agreements that optimize cost and service levels Implement supply chain techniques such as JIT: Just-in-Time and MRPII: Manufacturing Resource Planning As the Customer Account Leader: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing shipment dates, stock levels, and order accuracy. Maintain systems for production orders, artwork approvals, and repeat order fulfillment. Manage and resolve customer complaints and quality issues in coordination with the Quality Assurance team. Partner with production and sales to align capacity with customer needs and proactively prevent service disruptions. Financial & Reporting:
Build reporting systems to measure supply chain performance and track key KPIs. Generate data‑driven reports for inventory, production, and shipping performance. Ensure accurate invoicing and support finance with collections and special billing requirements. Leadership & Team Development:
Direct and mentor a team of 3‑4 employees across supply chain and customer account functions. Set clear goals and performance standards aligned with organizational goals Promote professional growth through coaching, training, and career development. Foster teamwork across production, shipping, and customer service departments. Technology & Systems:
Utilize ERP systems such as Oracle E1, JDE, ProTraQ for production and fulfillment. Work together with IT to resolve system issues and ensure process efficiency. Safety & Compliance:
Promote a safety‑first culture within supply chain and customer operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives in employee safety, food safety, and risk management. What you'll need to have:
Associates degree required, a bachelor's degree preferred 2-3 years of supply chain management experience or 3-5 years of purchasing and-or customer service management experience Strong analytical, management, and communication skills ERP and MS Office proficiency required Who are we:
