The Head Racket Sports Professional will lead the tennis and/or pickleball programming at Toss and Spin’s new indoor facility. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, managing adult and junior programs, and supporting the growth of the tennis community in Chicago.
Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and lead tennis/pickleball programs (clinics, leagues, private lessons, and special events).
Manage and mentor assistant tennis professionals.
Provide exceptional on-court instruction for all ages and skill levels.
Collaborate with the Facility Director to design programming schedules.
Represent Toss and Spin with professionalism, fostering a welcoming environment.
Support marketing efforts by promoting programs and engaging with members.
Qualifications:
Tennis USPTA or PTR certification (or equivalent).
And/or Pickleball PPR, IPTPA, (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a teaching professional.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Passion for growing the game of tennis and working with diverse communities.
Job Type:
Full-time
Pay:
$23.03 - $27.74 per hour
Expected hours:
30 – 40 per week
