Job Description
A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Floor Technician/Floor Care Supervisor to work within the tri-state area. Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver's license as a company van will be provided. This role requires the ability to drive to locations as needed and to perform cleaning and floor care tasks at various sites.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
Must have experience with:
Deep Cleaning of commercial buildings/facilities
Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.
Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team
Construction cleanups
Carpet extractions
Strip and Wax, Buffing floors
Pressure washing
Window cleaning
Hi-low dusting
General office cleaning
Training and recruitment of cleaning staff
Reporting hours to payroll
Bilingual English And Spanish Skills Required
Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment.
