Overview

Assistant Property Manager (CRE) at Cushman & Wakefield. The role is to assist in all areas defined for the Sr. Assistant Property Manager and perform property administrator duties if needed. The Assistant Property Manager will maintain a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients. Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence. Coordinate office supplies in absence of a property administrator. Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping the database current. Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner, including leases and contracts. Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts. Obtain aging reports for management and follow up on delinquencies, utilizing Cushman & Wakefield or client-directed policies. Ensure invoices are processed in accounting with appropriate back-up and according to established procedures. Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including furniture delivery and pickup. Oversee maintenance of work order and purchase order systems. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Tenant Service Package, including tenant handbooks, anniversaries, holiday gifts, park events, quarterly newsletters, and training meetings or programs for tenants. Ensure tenant information in the database is current. Update and maintain office procedures in the Property Operations Manual under the direction of the manager. Ensure Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date. Oversee processing of management and maintenance staff hours, expense reports, and check requests for review and approval. Ensure tenant bill-backs for electrical usage, after-hours HVAC, and similar charges are processed promptly. Assist supervisor with annual budgets, monthly financial reports, and preparation of bank deposits if processed on-site. Lead regular inspections of properties with janitorial and landscape providers and other service providers as directed by the manager. Participate in performance oversight of all service contractors who perform contract services. Qualifications

High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. At least 1 year of real estate property management or related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrates initiative and a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines. Skills & Competencies

The job operates in a professional office environment and requires travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Regularly uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands

Compensation offered will depend on location, market rates, and experience. The posted range is $24.52 - $28.85 per hour. Cushman & Wakefield offers a comprehensive benefits package typical for eligible employees. Important Notices
