Overview We’re seeking a

Senior Salesforce Developer

to help lead a large-scale Salesforce transformation, building modern, scalable solutions that unify multiple business channels into one strategic platform.

Interim pay information:

Base pay range and other compensation details are provided below by Interactive Resources - iR. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

Develop high-quality, reusable Salesforce code using

Apex ,

Lightning Web Components (LWC) ,

Flows , and related technologies.

Design and maintain

integrations

between Salesforce and external systems using

APIs

and middleware.

Participate in solution design sessions to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.

Support

DevOps

practices including version control, CI/CD automation, and test automation.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders and product owners to align technical solutions with business goals.

Modernize legacy solutions as part of a company-wide Salesforce transformation initiative.

Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor other developers.

Maintain detailed technical documentation.

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies.

Identify opportunities for

innovation, automation, and AI-enhanced capabilities

within the platform.

What You Bring

4+ years of hands-on

Salesforce development experience

in an enterprise setting.

Strong skills in

Apex ,

Lightning Web Components ,

Flows , and

REST/SOAP APIs .

Expertise with

Sales Cloud

and

Service Cloud

(Financial Services Cloud a plus).

Solid understanding of

Salesforce security ,

data modeling , and

governor limits .

Experience with

DevOps tools

(Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Agile/Scrum experience with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I

(required)

Platform Developer II

or other advanced certifications (preferred)
