$120,000 - $180,000 We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager to provide strategic leadership for our manufacturing facility. This pivotal role is responsible for the overall safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability of our operations. Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale (SQDCM). Own the Plant P&L, developing and managing annual operating budgets, controlling costs, and driving initiatives to improve financial performance. Foster a world-class safety culture, ensuring strict compliance with all OSHA, EPA, and corporate standards, and championing a zero-incident mindset. Oversee all production, maintenance, quality, and logistics functions to meet production targets and customer quality standards. Champion the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth. Drive capital project planning and implementation to support long-term operational strategy and capacity growth. Serve as the primary leader for all plant personnel, fostering positive employee relations and a collaborative work environment. Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment. 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Engineering Manager) with full P&L accountability. Proven track record of implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement principles (e.g., TPM, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) with measurable results. Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving cost-saving initiatives. Excellent leadership and people development skills, with experience managing salaried and hourly teams in a union or non-union environment. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance, and supply chain logistics. Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA is a plus. Why Join Us
