Overview
Direct hire HVAC Chiller Technician in the Dallas, TX area. Serve as a lead and front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provide guidance and training. Perform inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of chiller systems. Responsibilities
Troubleshooting air-cooled chillers, centrifugal chillers, and water-cooled chillers. Complete service contracts, quote projects and service calls. Communicate and document project status to project stakeholders. Serve as a lead and front-line resource to service technicians through technical support. Coordinate the work of subcontractors. Train and provide guidance to other technicians. Purchase materials and issue purchase order numbers to suppliers. Safely drive a motor vehicle and trailer, follow requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adhere to all company safety requirements. Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicles. Qualifications
EPA Certifications 7 years’ experience with centrifugal chiller maintenance and repairs (10 years in the industry) Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes is required. Two-year technical degree in a related field is preferred. Teardown experience is a plus What We Offer
